Yesterday (Sunday, August 15), New York Polyphony provided the music for the liturgy at Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue. Not only did it give us an opportunity to dust off a terrific mass setting from 13th Century England and a few other gems appropriate for the Feast of Saint Mary the Virgin, it marked the beginning of a new chapter of the band: our first performance with baritone, Christopher Dylan Herbert. We couldn’t be happier with our music-making… but don’t take our word for it– listen for yourself!
